At Comfort Haus, we prioritize the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Because of our focus on providing unbeatable value and proprietary designs, our return policy is strictly limited to issues regarding product quality, damage, or delivery errors.
Please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for buyer’s remorse, such as changing your mind, color preference after delivery, or the item no longer being needed. Additionally, we do not accept exchanges at this time.
To ensure the quickest resolution, all disputes must be initiated directly with Comfort Haus via our official support email at support@comforthaus.us.
To expedite your claim, please provide photos and videos showing clear evidence of any damaged or defective items, along with your order confirmation details and a description of the issue. Items may need to be returned to our fulfillment center if requested by our support team. If so, we will provide a return shipping label for all approved defective or incorrect item claims with no cost to you.
All disputes must be opened within 30 days of the delivery date.
Comfort Haus is not responsible for refunds if the tracking information confirms the order was successfully delivered.
If you have not received your package despite an undelivered status, a non-delivery certification issued by your local post office with an official seal is required for a refund or resend. Comfort Haus is not liable for the loss or shipping costs if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, insufficient details, or failure to pick up the item from the local post office.
If your order arrives in poor condition, we offer a full refund or a free replacement for badly damaged items.
For items that arrive partially damaged, excluding minor issues like loose threads or small scratches, we offer a partial refund or replacement. We do not offer refunds for damaged outer packaging or boxes, as their purpose is to protect the product during transit.
In the event that you receive an incorrect product, we offer a full refund or replacement.
For missing parts that do not affect the product function, we may refund partially or resend the missing part. If the missing part makes the product unusable, we will resend the entire item. For accessories, we will resend the missing accessories upon verification of the claim.
Full refunds are available for order cancellations only if the request is made before the products have been processed by our warehouse. Once an order has entered the processing or shipping phase, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
We do not accept exchanges at the moment. If you require a different item, the original order must meet the criteria for a return (damage, defect, or error) as outlined above, and a new order must be placed for the desired item.
